Here are the clear answers customers need before uploading a credit report or buying a packet.
Does Northgate guarantee a score increase?
No. Northgate does not guarantee score increases, approvals, or removals. The service helps customers understand their report and prepare document drafts.
Can accurate negative information be removed?
Accurate and current negative information generally cannot be removed just because someone wants it gone. Disputes should be for information the customer believes is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unverifiable.
What do I upload?
Customers upload a recent credit report PDF from a credit monitoring provider or bureau. The report should show accounts, balances, inquiries, and negative items.
Is this fully automated?
The site is built for an automated workflow. Upload-Lift collects the report on the product page, while your connected automation handles AI processing, PDF generation, and delivery emails.
What is Premium Assist?
Premium Assist is an application-based, higher-touch service. The application is free and does not require a credit report. If accepted, the customer receives the required agreement, disclosures, custom pricing beginning at $399, and secure next steps before paid work begins.
Is my information private?
Credit reports contain sensitive information. Northgate uses the configured Upload-Lift workflow and should maintain private storage, limited access, and a clear deletion policy.
